Being Proactive With Your Own Health

Being Proactive With Your Own Health

Our health needs are in a state of constant evolution as we pass through the process of aging.  The needs of a growing child are very different than the needs of a fully grown adult.  The needs of a healthy individual are much different than someone with a health challenge.  Our needs are in a constant state of flux as we transverse through this thing called “life”.

Being proactive with your health means paying attention to your needs so you can address them with some extra tender loving care in times of stress or need.  If we can recognize that our bodies are in a state of constant flux, we can adapt our healthy habits to the situation by making adjustments.  Some adjustments may need to become permanent healthy habits while others may be more short-term emergency based depending upon the situation.

One thing is certain and that is nothing is static in our world.  Being able to go with the flow means being aware and adaptive.  Just some food for thought for your good health!
